Fun & Fitness Fridays

Youth Entering Grades 4-7

July 1st, 8th, &15th
9:00 10:00 AM
Fun & Fitness campers will learn from current running coaches,
athletes and alumni. We will be stretching, walking, jogging, running,
and playing games. Fun for all fitness levels. All schools welcome.
This camp will be held at Shanes Park. Cost of the camp is $30,
which includes a camp t-shirt and entry into the Shanes Crossing
5K Run/Walk, which is the morning of Saturday, July 16th.
*Please bring a water bottle and wear tennis shoes.
