This document is a summary of a court case regarding an appeal of a denial of disability benefits. A three-judge panel affirmed the district court's decision to uphold the Commissioner's denial of benefits to Reinaldo Rivera. The panel found, like the district court and magistrate judge before it, that the reasons given for denying benefits were valid.
