The core gameplay exists inside the turn based battles where the player uses a set of

actions to defeat and judge enemies. The set of actions given allows variety in playstyle as
well as strategy for how to go about defeating the composition of enemies presented in
each battle. The alignment system can be ever changing based on player choice and can
shift drastically by judging all enemies one way in a single battle or judging a single
powerful enemy. Demonic Essences also add to strategy and playstyle allowing for the
player to balance out what they may be weak in or double down on their preference. But
while playstyle preference is afforded and garnered, strategy and choice remains the
focus, with the playstyle enhancing and modifying the choices the player takes to achieve
victory, rather than the primary means of it.
