1. This Admit Let t er is issued subject t o t he Examinat ion Rules of t he Inst it ut e.

2. This Admit Let t er is valid only for t he examinat ion and cent re/venue ment ioned over leaf.
3. Candidat es have t o carry, wit hout fail, t his Admit Let t er along wit h permanent Membership Ident it y Card or any ot her valid
ID proof bearing Phot o & Signat ure (Original) for producing t hem t o t he Examinat ion Conduct ing Aut horit y each t ime at
t he examinat ion venue for ident icat ion. In t he absence of t he Admit Let t er and Ident it y Card, candidat es will be denied
permission t o writ e t he Examinat ion.
4. Mo bile Pho nes are strictly pro hibited in the Examinatio n Hall. Institute will no t make any
arrangement fo r safe keep o f Mo bile Pho nes. Candidates are advised no t to carry Mo bile Pho nes to
the examinatio n venue. Candidate with Mo bile Pho ne will no t be allo wed to enter examinatio n hall.
Candidate fo und in po ssessio n o f Mo bile Pho ne during examinatio n will be treated as having reso rted
to unfair means and will be liable fo r actio n as per the Rules o f the Examinatio n.
5. Use of calculat or having upt o 6 funct ion and 12 digit s is only permit t ed, subject t o ot her guidelines in t his regard given in
t he rules / syllabus of t he examinat ion. Scient ific or Financial Calculat ors are not permit t ed at t he examinat ion hall.
6. Candidat es should not possess and / or use books, not es, periodicals, et c. in t he examinat ion hall at t he t ime of
examinat ion / or use mat hemat ical t ables, slide rules, st encils et c. during t he examinat ion.
7. Candidat es are advised t o reach t he Examinat ion Venue at least 30 minut es before commencement of t he examinat ion.
8. No candidat e will be permit t ed t o ent er t he Examinat ion Venue/hall aft er expiry of 15 minut es and t o leave t he hall in t he
first 30 minut es from t he scheduled commencement of t he examinat ion.
9. Candidat es would be able t o login t o t he syst em only wit h t he password ment ioned in t his Admit Let t er. This password
should not be disclosed t o ot hers. Keep it safe t o avoid t he possible misuse.
10. If t he examinat ion could not commence on scheduled t ime or t here is delay due t o Failure of power, Technical snag of
what soever nat ure or for any such reason having bearing upon t he conduct of examinat ion; candidat es have t o :Wait t ill resumpt ion of power supply/solving of t echnical snag.
Take-up t he examinat ion at ot her venue arranged by t he examinat ion conduct ing aut horit y.
Follow inst ruct ions given by t he examinat ion conduct ing aut horit y.
11. Candidat es are required t o st rict ly follow all t he inst ruct ions given by t he examinat ion conduct ing aut horit y during t he
examinat ion and adhere t o Rules of t he examinat ion.
12. Candidates are requested to read the instructio ns / info rmatio n abo ut ON-LINE examinatio n befo re
appearing fo r the examinatio ns. T he instructio ns are available o n the ho mepage o f Institutes

13. Vio latio n o f any o f the Rules / Instructio ns, misuse o f the Admit Letter will be co nsidered to be an
act o f serio us misco nduct and the Institute will take actio n as per the Rules o f the examinatio n,
which will also be repo rted to the emplo yer o f the candidate.
14. Print ed result advices (original as well as duplicat e) will NOT be issued but t he same will be available on Inst it ut es
websit e www.iibf.org.in, in print able form once t he result s are declared. Candidat es are request ed t o download t he
same.
