As a follow up from my previous letter to you, I, .and my partners are pleased to hear a
positive feedback that you would assist us in doing business partnership with Thomas Food
International.
My partners and I are planning to start a long-term and sustainable partnership with Thomas
Food International by hopefully, next month. The business include purchasing 50 100 tons of a
whole lamb monthly from your side. If possible, the lamb would preferably be chopped into four
quarter parts. Apart from that, it is good to highlight that throughout the year there will be 2 peak
seasons with a demand expected to be above 100 tons.
As a middle person between . and my partners, I will firstly export the lamb to Malaysia and
from there my partners will be exporting to other countries. Unlike my experience partners, I am
a newbie in this business. Thus, it will be very much appreciated that I am to be inform
regarding the following matters:
1) The whole procedure of starting sustainable partnership with Thomas Food;
2) The minimum purchase order including the price;
3) The term of payment FOB (Freight on Board).
