How to prevent ?
Most cataract is a NORMAL aging

process.
Its one of the degenerative
disease
But some cataracts process speed
up by several conditions
So, we cant prevent the normal
process , but we can slow it down

To slow down cataracts process :


Avoid UV exposure
Take lutein and zeaxanthin regularly
Control blood sugar
Minimizing some particular drugs (statin,
corticosteroid, amiodaron, phenotiazine)
Avoid eye trauma, treat other eye
diseases
Avoid free radicals dont smoking
