Be Always Healthy

Start day with Green Tea and Green Red and Yellow salad with sprouts
Carrot, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Broccoli/cauliflower
avocado ones in month
Intake one glass of Mousami Juice or a lemon or Orange+2 Banana a Day +Apple
Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cumin include in food
Nuts- Almond, Walnut, Pistachios, Apricot, Fig, flaxseed 10-20 gm a day
8 hours sleep and walk in morning for 15 minutes and after dinner 20 minutes
Dinner before 2 hours of sleep
Eat at least anything even very little every two hour
