I have to take into account how motivated and reliable the person is regarding
the post I would assign them, as well as the companys need.

Yes, I would, adding information like these may not be relevant to the particular
job but it does demonstrate that I can handle a certain level of responsibility
that would require such job.
3. Can you use a qualifications summary if you dont yet have extensive
professional experience in your desired career?
Of course, while it may not be extensive now and days jobs require one to multitask and you may not know if you can qualify for additional postings then the
one you would apply to.
4. Some people dont have a clear career path when they enter the job
market. If youre in this situation, how would your uncertainty affect
the way your write your rsum?
If I dont have a clear career path, then its best to create a basic resume with
all your information and then customize it to fit the varied job applications that I
may apply in the future.
5. Between your sophomore and junior years, you quit school for a year
to earn the money to finish college. You worked as a loan-processing
assistant in a finance company, checking references on loan
applications, typing, and filing. Your manager made a lot of the fact
that he had never attended college. He seemed to resent you for
pursuing your education, but he never criticized your work, so you
thought you were doing okay. After youd been working there for six
months, he fired you, saying that youd failed to be thorough enough
in your credit checks. You were actually glad to leave, and you found

another job right away at a bank, doing similar duties. Now that youve
graduated from college, youre writing your rsum. Will you include
the finance company job in your work history? Explain.
Yes, even if the previous experience in the finance company may not have been
the best one, it is ethical to include it in your job history especially since it
pertains to the same area of work.
