in the areasl substations having higher than 40% AT&C losses, in the immediate
last completed financial year.
In view of the above decision of management,

the proposal to be

submitted in future, shall be accompanied with a clear cut certificate mentioning

that the area where the newl augmentation

of 33 kV or above sub-station is

proposed, the AT&C losses in the immediate last completed financial year were
not more than 40%. The actual AT&C losses recorded for that period shall also
be submitted with the proposal supported by the documentary proof also. In the
absence of the above documents, the proposal shall not be considered.
