: A wet floor due to leakage on the roof

: Safety Hazard
: This can cause students to slip and fall down. The
injuries can be fatal depends on the way they fall and
the surface they hit.

Solution : a) The incident must be reported to the responsible

authorities.
b) Each individual must be careful and pay attention
while walking.
c) Make sure lighting is sufficient at the particular area
during night so that the wet floor is clearly visible.
d) Proper footwear must be used by individual after
noticing the wet surface.
e) Each individual can take different route for time
being until the hazard is fixed.
f) Caution sign should be displayed at the particular
area.
