Statement of Purpose- Treasury Team

We are the Treasury Team formed to perform the banking operations and
treasury activities, taking the best decision for making the optimize use of
the available resources/funds and concentrating our efforts on exceeding
the management expectations.

Our Team compromise of 4 Members as stated above. Mr. Rakesh

Sachdeva, DGM heads the team and there are three persons below him:
Ms. Dicksha Sharma, Ms. Manisha Bansal & Mr. Gaurav Sethi all of them
handling different tasks and playing eventually very crucial role for the
organization.

Activities Performed by Treasury Team

Cash Forecasting: Compile the information from around the company to
create an ongoing cash forecast. Determine if more cash is needed. If that
is the case then go on to plan for fund inquiry through taking of ideas from
the revenue dept. for the forecast of receipt of student fees or redemption
of funds.
In case the cash plan shows the surplus and excess cash shows up then
plan for investment in the best available options with the objective of
maximization of returns.

Working Capital Management: Reviewing the current requirement of

funds and model their impact on cash flow and taking the suitable action
as per the requirement of an hour.

Investment Management: When the forecast of funds shows the excess

funds, the treasury team look for the proper investment of the same in
various market instruments: Bank Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds etc.
