ABSTRACT

Analysis of Labours Productivity on Brickwork (A Case


Study of Development Project of Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta, Central
Java), Civil Engineering Department, Sebelas Maret University.
In Construction world, the labours productivity is one of influential factor in
development project. There are many tools to measure the productivity levels. One of
which is exploring Labor Utilization Rate for each. That is to explore the labours
effectivity in running his work. The labours productivity rate is influenced by many
factors such as the ages, job experience, level of education, fee concordance, number of
family responsibilities, healthy of worker, relationship between worker, managerial, and
composition of working.
This research is aimed at knowing the labours productivity rate and the influence of
ages, job experience, level of education, fee concordance, number of family
responsibilities, healthy of worker, relationship between worker, managerial, and
composition of working towards the labours productivity rate. It is applied at Dr.
Moewardi Hospital through observing the productivity rate of 30 labours supported by
filling in a questionnaire. This observation has run for three days towards each labour.
The collected data, both productivity data and questionnaire, are analyzed by version 15
SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer based.
