I, Jomar U. Lozada, a student of Southwestern University would like to request that I will
be allowed to take the subject Public International Law in a different schedule this
semester for the set schedule of said subject is in conflict with Labor Law Review.
I am willing to shoulder all expenses such as the school fees and miscellaneous fees
which are to be equally divided among enrolled students.
