LEASE AGREEMENT

This deed of lease made between Mr.xxx . resinding at addresss( hereinafter called Lessor )
and
Mr. YYY S/o. Mr. ZZZZ, address ( hereinafter called Lessee ) executed at 01.12.2014
This deed witnesses that in consideration of the rent reserved and of the Lessee's covenants to
be observed and performed by him as herein after expressly mentioned. The Lessor do hereby
grant convey and transfer by way of lease to the lessee a Groud floor of house situated at
address , for a period of 24 months commencing from 08 June 2015 subject to the following
conditions.
1. The rent for the above said premises is Rs.5,000/- ( Rupees Five Thousand Only )

per month including maintenance charges subject to revision of maximum 10 % after


a period of 24 months. Further the period of rent is extendable on the terms agreeable
to the both the parties.
2. That the lessee shall pay 10 months rent as advance i.e Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty

Thousand Only ). The lessee shall pay rent on 5th day of every month from July
2016.
3. The lessee shall keep and maintain the premises clean and tidy in all seasons during
the period of lease.
4. The lessee shall use and occupy the premises for dwelling for himself and his family
members and shall not carry any illegal trade or business in the premises during the
period of lease.
5. The parties hereto further agree and declare that in case of any branch of any terms
and conditions to be performed by the Lessor and the lessee respectively. The lease
shall be determiable at the option of either of the aggrieved party on the notice. The
lease shall be determiable at the option.
