It is with great sadness & disappointment that I am

charging the Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority with
Disability Discrimination because I cannot

I have a difficult time in life, the Shelter & Greene Met

were (and is) a blessing to me because If I dont know you
personally enough or if our relationship is not one where
we can compromise speaking to me in a way that I feel I
caused no action to be the recipient of, without proper
justification is very very very bad for me.
Ive decided to continue to fight in life, thats why not
only to preserve my right to Housing under a severe
diagnosis of PTSD, turned down twice for Social Security
so I carry on to find sustainable means of income, how
can I do that if not only do I not sleep but now Im back to
feelings of fear Ive had instead of using the present
situation to function EQUALLY amongst my neighbors?
Would I like to have my door open to let in the sunshine
like other neighbors do? YES Why cant I? Ive
determined its because numerous staff (I think Ive dealt
with this while at the same time regurgitating my
situation to 4 Different Housing Managers in what to me
is a short time of employment for a position that clearly is
not having a vacant turnover because of OutSourcing)
quite possibly have not intentionally discriminated

against someone thats been diagnosed with a Post

TRAUMATIC STRESS Disorder, but they ARE (and have
been) DISCRIMINATORY in their actions because they
dont know the severe after effects psychologically of
such a situation given an already existent diagnosis of a
severely stress related History. My filing is not just out of
hurt and anger that they just dont seem to care, but also
because EVERY HOUSING AUTHORITY IN THE UNITED
STATES should have a specific Person or Entity (I believe,
based on this horrendous situation Im in) in place that
are specifically set up
