He picked the guitar from time to time in his friend house

But until 13 his father rented a guitar and in January 1991 John Mayer had

He became obsessed so his mother set a rule that he could only play till
9:30
Summer 1994 John and his friend form the band Another roadside attraction
playing shows at local all ages club
At 17 years old started to write songs
He realized he wanted to be a guitarist when he picked up his first guitar it
was an instant relationship
He bought his first srv guitar with his earnings at the gas stations he spent 6
hours a day
Went to Berkley college in 1997
He didnt want instructions anymore
1998 moved to atlanta
