BE IT KNOWN that on the 17th day of November, 2015 at 9 A.M. in the city or municipality of
Dumaguete City, Philippines, at the request of Marlene Miraflor, the holder of the draft
hereinafter we forth, I Michael Kristoffer M. Doyongan, a duly commissioned Notary Public for
