Kindly note that, compliant to Kahramaa Scheme Drg dated 13 Dec 2011, Contractor furnished a
Material Submittal for 13 (Thirteen) Nos. Distribution Transformers, received Material Approval from KM
on 4th May 2011 (ref Sl. No. 2 above) and delivered the transformers in 2012.
Subsequently, KMs Network Scheme underwent a revision in January 2013 to add ONE Additional
Transformer (ref Sl. No. 4 above). Compliant to the same, Contractor supplied the additional Transformer
in Year 2013, ensuring that it is technically identical to the ones already approved by KM and supplied
earlier in Year 2013.
In view of the above, you are requested to arrange approval of the additional transformer, so that
Material Inspection can be carried out at site by KM - Materials Department for verifying technical
compliance and subsequent acceptance for Energization.
Looking at the critical nature of this project, in view of it being the Ministry of Interiors Headquarter
Building, we seek your support & cooperation.
