    Ms.KofeldtforapproximatelytwoyearsatPALeadershipCharterSchool,andIhavebeenconsistently
    inspiredbyherprofessionalismandunrivaleddedicationtoallstudentsandteachers.Originally,Iwasthe
    assistantprincipalofthehighschool,butIeventuallymovedintotheprincipalrole.Whileinthatrole,Iwas
    alsotheSupervisorofEducationalTechnology,andIcontinuedtoworkcloselywithMs.Kofeldtandobserve
    herregularly.Ms.KofeldtwastheEducationalTechnologyCoordinatorfortheK12CyberCharterSchool.
    Inadditiontobeinganoutstandingeducator,shewasalwayswillingtoofferassistancetoanyone.She
    workedonmyTechResourceteamasaleader.Herrolewasasthesuperuserofthetechnologyinorderto
    aidotherteachersintheirownclassroomenvironment.Shealsobetatestedthenewtechnologythatwas
    introduced.Ms.Kofeldtranalloftheprogramenrollments,datauploads,andpurchaseordersforK12.During
    ouronlineoronsiteprofessionaldevelopment,Ms.Kofeldtwasoneofthefirsttovolunteertoteacha
    minilessonoraPDsession.ShewasalsoonourCanvasRolloutTeamthatworkedontheinitiative.This
    initiativeincludedteachingparents,students,andteachershowtousethenewlearningmanagementsystem
    effectively.Ms.Kofeldtsskillsandknowledgeoftechnologyallowedthistobeaneasyprocesswithvideos,
    livewebconferences,andfacetofacetrainings.
    Ms.Kofeldtknowshersubjectmatterthoroughly,andwhatshehasyettolearn,sheattendstowitha
    ferocitytoknowthatisquiteadmirable.She,asascholarherself,isanexcellentrolemodel.Ms.Kofeldtisan
    energeticandencouragingpersonshegenuinelycaresandchallengespeopletodotheirbest.Wehave
    presentedatnumerousconferencestogether,andshehaspresentedonherown.
