To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the privilege to have Mechaela Vardoulakis as a student in the Masters of
Education & Teacher Preparation Program at Pepperdine University in 2015. As a high
school principal and adjunct professor over the past 13 years, it is with great confidence
that I recommend Mechaela as one of the finest students I have had. Mechaela is an
exceptional educator and a woman of integrity.
Mechaela is a professional in every sense of the word. Her teaching skills and
strategies are surprisingly refined for a first year teacher. Her work ethic is
outstanding. Mecahaela has the maturity to handle any issue with students, parents,
and colleagues with grace and dignity.
Mechaela has a heart for children and a passion for teaching. She never forgets that
she is teaching children, not subject matter. She has exceptional questioning
strategies and is able to empower each child to be responsible for learning
independently.
Mechaela is a very gifted, talented young woman. She will add so much to any school
blessed enough to hire her. She is quite intelligent, responsible, dedicated and loyal.
Her potential for success as a teacher, communicator and even someday as an
administrator, is exceptional. I have complete confidence in Mechaela and believe
that she can literally do anything she sets her mind to do. She is in the top 5% of all
educators with whom I have worked. I could not recommend her more highly.
Finally, as a woman of integrity, Mechaela works diligently to provide the high level of
instruction that challenges her students and places them on the cutting edge of
performance. She will give as much as it takes to come to the classroom well prepared
and it is reflected in her students performance.
