Terms & Conditions

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT. BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER YOU AGREE THAT YOU
HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. General
A.

You acknowledge and understand that the rates for our Email Marketing packages are as follows:

Individual Email Blast: $1TT per subscriber for each individual email
Newsletter Sponsorship (Premium): $0.50TT per subscriber for each newsletter campaign
Newsletter Sponsorship (Basic): $0.25TT per subscriber for each newsletter campaign

You acknowledge and understand that the final cost of Email Marketing service will be subject to
number of users subscribed to our mailing list on the day your order was placed. The number of
subscribers and final cost will be attached to the invoice that will follow the placing of your order.

C.

For individual Email Blasts you agree to comply with our anti-spam policy and agree that The
Trinidad and Tobago Performing Arts Network reserves the right to reject, alter, modify your subject
line and/or body of text if it is deemed to be too long, too sales pitchy (hard selling) or misleading.

2. Anti-Spam Policy
What is SPAM? Email SPAM, also known as junk email or unsolicited bulk email (UBE), involves sending
identical, unsolicited, bulk email messages to numerous recipients via email.
All campaigns distributed through our mailing list shall be in compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy outlined
below:

The subject line must accurately reflect the content of the message.
Clients may only send up to two Individual email blast per week.
Once an individual email blast has been delivered clients may not commission an identical campaign
to be sent.
D. There will be at least a one (1) day period between email campaigns commissioned by different
clients and at least two (2) days between individual email blasts commissioned by the same client.

3. Financial Terms

Once you have successfully submitted your order, accepted in writing the final cost as outlined in
the invoice, you agree to complete your payment within 3-5 working days in order to secure your ad
slot.
At this time, The Trinidad and Tobago Performing Arts Network is ONLY accepting CASH payments
for this service.

4. Modification of these Terms.

The Trinidad and Tobago Performing Arts Network reserves the right to change these Terms from time to
time at its sole discretion.
