The passengers have also claimed of discrimination against Indian travelers while travelling by Mihin Lanka. | am in receipt of a representation from Mr. Ajith Ganguly regarding loss of goods while travelling in Mihin Lanka. As per Mr. Ganguly, he has travelled to Kolkata from Sri Lanka on 9" May 2016 on Mihin Lanka Airline No MI331. One of his baggages which carried valuable goods was stolen and replaced with other material. F Also, we have received a representation from, Mr. Ashok Jayendar and Jayaprakash Gopal who have experienced immense difficulty in travelling with Mihin Lanka. The passengers have also claimed of discrimination against Indian travelers while travelling by Mihin Lanka. 3. The respective individuals have repeatedly reminded you regarding this matter and since there was no response, they have been constrained to take up the matter with the Indian High Commission. The High Commission followed the matter with your officials but the issue has not been resolved. 4. | request your good office to address the issues raised by Indian customers, under intimation to the High Commission.
