Wanted by the Law?

Wanted for a non-violent crime in Baltimore?

Are you an American citizen or legal resident?

If so, then the Reverend Dr. Frank Madison Reid, III of Bethel AME Church, and Pastor Richard
D. Dickens of the New Metropolitan Baptist Church offer you:

Your first step toward a second chance.

Surrender in safety at the church from Wednesday, June 16, through Saturday, June 19, 2010,
consult with an Assistant Public Defender, and speak to a judge—all on-site. You may receive
favorable consideration for your surrender, and you are likely to go home the same day. There
are no religious requirements.

This program is not for those who have warrants for child support, are juvenile offenders, have
immigration issues, warrants from Baltimore County Circuit Court, or warrants from any
jurisdiction outside of Baltimore City or Baltimore County. Please do not bring children to the
church.

Parking is extremely limited in the area near the church; however, you can get there via the #5
Bus. The closest Metro Subway stops are Upton Avenue, State Center, or Penn North Stations.
