Introduction

Electronic Accounting is a program that prepares learners to practice accounting easily using
computers. The biggest criticism against the traditional school accounting syllabus is that it is
total done manually. Reality is in the corporate world, learners do need essential skills in
using information communication technology (ICT) to study accounting. Therefore learners
need to be encouraged in our schools to study accounting electronically because it saves
time.
