Rural True Blues

On April 24th the Rural True Blues help their monthly meeting. We
began at Rita Bowen’s Studio, Orion. She taught us how to silk
screen print. We made scarves of various sizes, each with a
different design. The scarves will be picked up later as they need
to be steamed.

The business meeting was held at the Zwicker’s house. All were
in attendance. The secretary’s report was read. The newsletter
was discussed as well as the fair book. Geranium pick up is on
Saturday, May 10. We discussed the Illinois State Fair
presentation contest was discussed. Also we planned our June
meeting to help in June at Fireworks. Our next meeting will be
May 15th.
