Subject: PADDLEALL/Paracanoe Project Submissions

Sport Canada has again made a contribution to assist CanoeKayak Canada's Sprint
Canoe Discipline initiative to support the PaddleALL/Paracanoe program.

Proposals from Clubs, Divisions and Provinces are welcome.

Eligible projects include:

• coach training
• running PaddleALL athlete training sessions
• travel costs to the National Sprint Canoekayak Championships in Regina
• Regional Paracanoe Classification training
• specialized paddling equipment
• PaddleALL/Paracanoe boats (limited to one boat/club and clubs which have
not yet received support through the program.)
• Divisional-level competition support
• Liaising with para-sport groups and Special 'O' Regional Chapter groups
• Promotional Activities & programs

Proposals should include:

1. A general description of the project

2. How it is to be achieved,
3. Partner organizations for the project.
4. A financial budget indicating the total cost of the project ;and,
5. The specific goals to be achieved as specific deliverables. Final
reports must indicate the performance of the project against the
deliverable targets.

In no case will funding exceed 50% of costs. Applicants have until March 31st, 2011
to complete their projects however most activities should occur during the 2010
competitive season.
