I have two sons. David is 10

While David was away with other
family members, Sean and |
went out to see the movie

‘Without giving the plot away, |
can tell you that there are
characters. and places in the

they read a certain book. After
they are exposed to a small

Tips for Businesses
on the Street Level
For those who havo not soon the presentation that
Larry gave to the Main Street Forum that was titled,
"Gocrots of a Cuccoseful Historie Storefront," here are
1. Give your customer an experience to
remember. Hopefully a good one. This experience
could be something that eparks a memory of
omething from their own past. If you are euceosefull
at doing this, then the customer ean better identify
themselves ae boing part of whatever product or
servieo that you are offering to them. Your storefront
can act as a reference to your customer's hopefully
ood experionces that they have had in other
environments.
2. — Have a *kit-of-parts" while designing your
storefront. In thie “kit-of-parts", you will need to
commission an architecture firm. such as Lane
Architocturo + Dosign, that undorstands what haz
worked woll at other storofronts. why thoy were
succeeeful, and the typical laws and regulations that
need to be considered while designing the successful
storofront.
