This thesis is made for design static robot miniature to move the thing, began from conveyor detection
a thing untill to conveyor receiver a thing which help with a movement from arm robot with function
to move this thing with automatic control system.
The static robot is made in Faculty Of Technic Electrical United State Of Jakarta. This proyek uses
main control that is minimum system AT89S51 with 32 I/O. The control of this robot has 8 input that
consist from 5 limit switch and 3 infra red sensor circuit with function for limit a movement of robot,
began from conveyor detection a thing untill to conveyor receiver a thing. The stuff need a infra red
sensor circuit, to endpro DC motor a movement circuit and one way DC motor movement circuit with
ULN 2003 IC and also AT 89S51 minimum system circuit as control from all input-output circuit with
function to rule a movement arm robot and conveyor.
From the eksperimen showing that static robot mover a thing, began from conveyor detection a thing
untill to conveyor receiver a thing which controlled by minimum system AT89S51 which completely
with input-output like limit switch and infra red sensor circuit and also to endpro DC motor a
movement circuit and one way DC motor movement circuit with ULN 2003 IC.
