System Analyst

Our GTA client is seeking a permanent System Analyst. The successful applicant will
report directly to the Manager, Collaborative Systems and works under the general direction of the Sustain Team Lead. The
successful applicant is responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and
applicable business systems. 

Our client seeks a successful applicant whose responsibilities will be to modify procedures to solve problems consider
computer architecture capacity and limitation, to analyze business and user needs and document requirements translating
into proper systems requirement specifications, and who is competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of
systems analysis. The successful candidate maintains application through the life cycle of applications, provides support by
ensuring stability of the application by addressing and resolving business issues in a timely manner and possesses the ability
to manage and the Remedy Ticket Queue ensuring timely resolution.

Our client requires an individual who possesses experience in PATROL Agent/Scripting, BEM Administration, SNMP
integration, BMC Event Mgr, Proactive Net, Patrol and Portal, BMC Patrol Agent KMs, BMC Patrol Enterprise Manager, and
experience with Windows, UNIX, Network, Database and Application Monitoring. If you are an individual who possesses
