WHAT'S IN A FACE

There's a subtle story,behind those lips and eyes

Of secrets and hidden desires and midnight lullaby's
Daddy's dirty little secret,stored behind big blue eyes
A good little girl remains silent, while daddy hides his lies

Now a full grown woman, quiet and aloof

The story lines on her face, stone lips and sad eyes of blue
Inside shame and loss of self respect, of so long ago
Daddy's little princess, while inside a little spirit withdrew

Now so many men would like to know her better

But she lost the ability to trust anyone a long time ago
Stories like this happen every day
Forsaken children, worshiped physically, discarded shells and the spirit goes

Life with complications, emotions gone wild

A little person who never had a chance
To grow happy like a child
Inside a life is over with out any hope for romance
