2010 Shipping Schedule

January 2010:
Quarterly Member auto-shipment
Shipment Date Friday, January 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between December 16, 2009 and January 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

February 2010:
Shipment Date Monday, February 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between January 16, 20010 and February 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

March 2010:
Shipment Date Monday, March 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between February 16, 2010 and March 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

April 2010:
Quarterly Member auto-shipment
Shipment Date Thursday, April 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between March 16, 2010 and April 14, 2010 to cancel the auto-
shipment.

May 2010:
Shipment Date Monday, May 17th.
Custom orders must be placed between April 16, 2010 and May 14, 2010 to cancel the auto-
shipment.

June 2010:
Shipment Date Tuesday, June 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between May 16, 2010 and June 14, 2010 to cancel the auto-
shipment.

July 2010:
Quarterly Member auto-shipment
Shipment Date Thursday, July 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between June 16, 2010 and July 14, 2010 to cancel the auto-
shipment.
August 2010:
Shipment Date Monday, August 16th.
Custom orders must be placed between July 16, 2010 and August 14, 2010 to cancel the auto-
shipment.

September 2010:
Shipment Date Wednesday, September 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between August 16, 2010 and September 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

October 2010:
Quarterly Member auto-shipment
Shipment Date Friday, October 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between September 16, 2010 and October 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

November 2010:
Shipment Date Monday, November 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between October 16, 2010 and November 14, 2010 to cancel the
auto-shipment.

December 2010:
Shipment Date Wednesday, December 15th.
Custom orders must be placed between November 16, 2010 and December 14, 2010 to cancel
the auto-shipment.

Quarterly Members may place a custom order of $50 or more anytime from the 16th day of
the month prior to the auto-shipment through 11:59 pm (CST) the 14th day of the scheduled
shipment month to cancel the auto-shipment. Custom orders placed outside of this
cancellation window will NOT cancel the quarterly auto-shipment but will receive the HG
Preferred 20% discount.
