Risk Statements while implementing Help Centre Status tool

1. New to using XAMP server delays creating host webs server for HCS tool.

Mitigation:

Assign one teammate to read XAMP manual from start of the second week of project and ask him to
get necessary knowledge on required technical things to develop HCS tool.

2. Lack of knowledge on HTML and CSS leads the poor design of the HCStool’s GUI.

Mitigation:

Use Dreamweaver or MS-Office Front page tool to design GUI.

3. Lack of knowledge on JavaScript delays form validation.

Mitigation:

Use already available source to validate form. It will be easy rather learning JavaScript to validate
form.

4. If customer posts same help request many times with different description, there will be
change of assigning as many as employees as posts.

Mitigation:

Avoid taking input from customer description of problems. Use combo box to List out all maximum
possibilities of errors, so it can be helpful to reduce redundancy.
