And

And

Page 2, line 24, delete "498,559" and substitute "648,559"

And

Page 2, line 25, delete "0" and substitute "10,000"

And

Page 2, line 29, delete " 421,888" and substitute " 796,888"

And

Page 2, line 30, delete "$ 1,533,669" and substitute "$ 2,133,669"
