Amend House Bill No. 1154 as originally introduced:

Page 1, line 5, delete cosponsor "D. Hutchinson" and substitute "Summers"

AND

Page 1, line 11, delete "-" and substitute "AND THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
COMMUNITY COLLEGE"

AND

Page 1, line 12, delete "PROGRAM" and substitute "PROGRAMS"

AND

Delete the subtitle in its entirety and substitute:

"AN ACT FOR THE PHILLIPS COMMUNITY

COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS
AND THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS COMMUNITY
COLLEGE REMEDIAL MATH SUPPLEMENTAL
INSTRUCTION PROGRAMS APPROPRIATION FOR
THE 2010-2011 FISCAL YEAR."

AND

Page 1, line 27, delete "-" and substitute "- PHILLIPS COMMUNITY COLLEGE -"

Following Section 1, insert a new SECTION:

" SECTION 2. APPROPRIATION - NORTHWEST ARK COMMUNITY COLLEGE - REMEDIAL

MATH SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTION PROGRAM. There is hereby appropriated, to the
Northwest Arkansas Community College, to be payable from the Northwest
Arkansas Community College Fund, for personal services and operating expenses
for assessment, instruction, services, and advising for a Remedial Math
Supplemental Instruction Program for Northwest Arkansas Community College for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, the sum of .................$43,780."

AND

Appropriately renumber the following SECTIONS of the bill
