Hi belle

Just a reminder that you currently have $12k in your account with us.

My invoice is as per our agreement ie $8k for the statement of claim against the landlord and the
agent (pls see our letter of engagement); and $5k for your defence and counterclaim in the
arbitration proceedings (as per our mtg on 2.12.09).

We need a further deposit from you to account for the continuation of the suit against the landlord
and the agent. Pls see the schedule of costs as set out in my letter of engagement.

Now that we ve sued the landlord and the agent for the loss of your valuables, Ill be drafting a letter
to the police soon. I am targeting to let you have my draft letter early next week.
