WORKING PRINCIPAL
The given temperature switch is operated on Liquid vapour When temperature
Goes high the liquid vaporizes causing an increase in pressureabove the liquid.
At predetermined pressure the sensing element (Diaphram )changes its position
In relation to the electrical switch resulting in a switching of contact position.

2.HOT TEST : The Temperature switch are kept in constant temperature

and measured scale value as well as temperature . Also check contacts
operated on it .

REMARK : All the routine tests and above mentioned tests as per IS-2848
were conducted on above accepted & released
