Dear Sir,

Vide our letter dt.30.12.09 to your help line, we had requested the following:

1. Re-imbursement of the Rs.1000/- per each connection charged excess from us


above the offer scheme relevant at the time of our connection. i.e 17.07.2008
2. Being a bulk customer offer same special tariff for us.
3. Now in the case domestic subscribers for additional connection you are charging
Rs.125 monthly tariff. On the same lines our total connections may be treated as 11
main connections and remaining ones as sub connections. Being a bulk user you
have big advantage like serving all connections from the single dish. The present
high tariff considering each as separate connection is not affordable to us. Therefore
please consider our request favourably.

If you are not ready to entertain this request of ours you may please refund the
charges collected from us at the time of installation as cost of Digi comp etc. and
take back all your equipments, cables provided etc.

This letter may please be treated as notice for refund of money and disconnection of
your service.
