Today we are going to cut a picture into pieces to make it look as if it were
forming a whole poster one on top the other.
We are going to

With that you are going to have a series of options before you. Choose

Here you can change the
of the glow. See what suits you
best in the preview. I chose 10 pixels as size and no extend.
Now go and
the tiny button between the layer and the layer mask
to unlink the two:

Now
(ctrl+ j) and !
(ctrl+ t) on over to
reveal other parts of the picture (make sure you highlight the layer mask).
Here you can vary on the size of the squares and on how much of the picture
to show.
