DES MOINES - On September 19, 2007, Kevin Jermaine Clark, age 21, of

Marshalltown, Iowa, was sentenced to a term of 30 months imprisonment for

On April 27, 2007, Clark entered a plea of guilty to the gun charge. At the time of

his plea, Clark stipulated that on September 23, 2006, he possessed an unregistered

firearm, that is, a sawed-off shotgun.

This case was prosecuted by the United States Attorneys Office for the Southern

District of Iowa. This case was investigated by the Marshalltown, Iowa Police

Department and the U. S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
