There are many factor affecting the technical specification of desktop computer. For example are
computer case, power supply, drive space, computer case fans, case features,
motherboard, form factor, processor type, memory, chipset, AGP 8x/4x graphics interface,
display, hard drive, optical multimedia, networking, wireless, modem, I/O ports, operating
system, dimension, add software, and expansion slot.
-First thing we should do is when choosing the hardware for setup for one Personal Computer.
Motherboard- When choosing a motherboard, it must be compatible with the processor. This
include the CPU socket, processors type whether INTEL or AMD, and the CPU speed. Next, the
motherboard must have enough space for future upgrade. Lastly, the motherboard must be fit
with the computer casing. There are 2 type of computer casing; ATX and Micro ATX. ATX have
10 hole meanwhile Micro ATX has 8 hole. The different between ATX and Micro ATX is the
mounting hole and the physical state.
