1 cup rice 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2- 8 oz cans tomato sauce 1 cup water 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Cut tops off 3 bell peppers, de-seed.
2. Boil peppers for 10 min., drain and set aside 3. Brown ground beef. 4. Add rice,Worcestershire sauce, tomatoe suce, and water to ground beef and simmer 40 min. or until rice is cooked and tender, adding water as needed. 5. Add cheese to meat mixture, leaving enough to top peppers after filling. 6. Fill peppers with meat mixture. 7. Place peppers in 13"x9" pan, spreading remaining meat mixture in bottom of pan, top all with remaining cheese. 8. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
