Clam Fettucini

2 cloves garlic, minced


1/4 cup olive oil
1(6.5 oz) can Snow's® Chopped Clams drained, reserving liquid
1(8 oz) bottle Snow's® Clam Juice
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Dash pepper

In medium saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved liquid and remaining
ingredients except clams. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add clams,
heat throughly. Serve over hot cooked fettucini with grated parmesan cheese.
