Student Conduct Contract
Out of Town – Overnight - Activities

1. Students will conduct themselves in a manner that positively reflects SLLHS. You
represent this school and this team. Be proud that you are a student from Salt Lake
Lutheran High and that you have earned this opportunity to participate.
2. Be an “A.C.E.” A Christian example on the court and off the court.
← -follow the 10 commandments -be positive
← -lead more by actions than by talking -have confidence in yourself
← -be humble about your success -play to win
3. Students must stay with the team and under supervision at all times. Students
must remain “on premises”. (Including travel, at the tournament sites, in restaurants,
the hotel, and during free time.) You may not leave without permission or
supervision.
4. Evening Curfew is 10:30pm, unless otherwise specified by the coach. Morning
curfew is 7:00am.
5. Students can enter and occupy only assigned team rooms, unless approved by
the Coach.
6. Students must remain in their assigned room after evening curfew.
7. Students may not have guests in their room unless approved by the Coach.
(Parents, and other family members are allowed.)
8. Students can enter only assigned vehicles approved for transportation to and
from the site.
9. Students must follow all hotel rules regarding use of facilities. Students will be
responsible for damage caused to rooms or furnishings.
I have read and agree to follow the above conduct guidelines. I understand that
failure to follow these guidelines will result in consequences administered by
SLLHS.
