Circuit Training Workout # 27 No Rest TABATA HELL

Need: Dumbbells, Barbell, Kettlebell, Stability Ball

Tabata Execution: Perform as many reps as possible within 20 seconds - maintain good form. Rest or perform FILL Exercise for 10 seconds -7 more sets until 4m.

Squats with Floor Touch Low Jack Outs Fill (alternate hand on touchdown) * 4 Tabata Minutes 20s Squats ,10s Jack Outs , Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes TO Side to SIde Thai Elbow to Knees (side to side, pause in middle and each side, slow and controlled) with Low Plank Jack Outs Fill *4 Tabata Minutes 20s Thai Plank , 10s Plank Outs Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes

Barbell Bicep Curls with Barbell Burpee Deadlift *4 Tabata Minutes 20s Curls ,10s Burpee Deadlifts, Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes TO Stability Ball Knee Drives with Stability Ball Feet Held Sit Up Fill *4 Tabata Minutes 20s Knee Drives, 10s Sit Ups Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes

Double Arm Kettlebell Swings with Plank Kettlebell Rows (alternate sides each 10s) Fill *4 Tabata Minutes 20s Swings, 10s Plank Rows Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes TO Raised Knee Drives with Tricep Dip Fill *4 Tabata Minutes 20s Knee Drives, 10s Dips Repeated 7 times = 4 Minutes
