Meek’s Second Petition to Compel Discovery from Petitioner Nanci Meek (the “Petition”) came on for hearing before the Honorable Derrick H.M. Chan at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2010. James H. Ashford, Esq., appeared for Respondent ELIZABETH A. MEEK, in her capacity as trustee of the Elvin R. Meek Family Trust dated June 14, 1996. Nanci Meek did not appear. No opposition was filed in response to the Petition. Having considered the Petition and the evidence submitted in support of the Petition, and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ordered that the Petition is GRANTED. Meek’s counsel a written response to all discovery requests in Elizabeth A. Meek’s Second Combined Discovery Requests to Nanci Meek, which were served on Nanci Meek on February 12, 2010, and (ii) produce to counsel for Elizabeth A. Meek all documents in Nanci Meek’s possession, custody or control that are responsive to the document requests contained in Elizabeth A. Meek’s Second Combined Discovery Requests to Nanci Meek. Further, pursuant to Rule 37(a)(4()A) of the Hawali Rules of Civil Procedure, Nanci Meek is ordered to pay to Elizabeth A. Meek the reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by Elizabeth Meek in bringing the Petition. Elizabeth A.
