General Layout for Research Article Preparation

Do strictly follow the framework laid out below:

Title of the project:

I. Introduction
It should summarize the background information to the
problem to be studied and the context within which it will be
studied. It shows also the significance of the study, research
idea.

II. Statement of the problem. (Maximum 10 t0 15 lines)

This statement should be brief and clear.

This is a centre part of the proposal as it spells out.

 What do you want to research?

 What is going to be studied or investigated?

 Why it is important that this subject be studied?

 How will the research contribute to our knowledge understanding

on the subject issue.

III.Objectives of the study

 What is /are the key objective(s) of the research?

 What is it that you plan to accomplish?

IV.Research Design and Methodology

Describe the main research methods and techniques to be

used.
  Source for data collection – Primary / Secondary-
(questionnaire/Interview)
 Sampling Design / Instrument
 Statistical tools and techniques
 Period of study
 Geographical Location / Area of operation (For Socio- Economic
Research Study)

Important Note:

 The article should be submitted in original in A-4 Size typed in

Times New Roman Font size 12 and line space 1.5.
 The article shall not exceed 15 printed pages.
