BANANA CAKE

225g SR Flour (1¼ Cups)

120g Brown Sugar

4 Tblspns Golden Syrup / Maple Syrup

2 Eggs

4 Tblspns Milk

4 Tblspns Corn / Sunflower Oil

3 Bananas

Oven 160°C Line deep round pan

Sift flour, add sugar

Make hole in middle & pour in syrup, egg, milk & oil

Add banana & mix until well combined

Bake 1¼ hours or until cooked. Test middle

Stand to cool slightly before turning out.

(I cooked the cake at 175° for 45 – 50 mins)
