Chammas to Partner

MIAMI – July 30, 2010 – Andre N. Chammas, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the Tax and
Accounting Department of nationally recognized public accounting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz &
Farra, LLP (MBAF), has been promoted to the position of partner. Based at MBAF’s headquarters
in Brickell, Chammas previously served as a director in the firm’s Tax and Accounting Department.

A member of the accounting profession since 1993, Chammas is a CPA in Florida, Georgia, and
Massachusetts. He specializes in tax reporting, tax consulting, devising tax strategies, evaluating
clients’ financial and tax conditions, and representation before the IRS for business entities and
individuals.

An active member in the South Florida community, Chammas forms part of Florida International
University’s President’s Council, is currently on the Executive Board of the Leukemia and
Lymphoma (LLS) South Florida Chapter, serving as Treasurer, and is also a member of the United
Way’s Young Leaders. His professional activity and memberships include the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the
Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
