Twas a student in the class of SSCI-100-b taught by Hagen. 2. Hagen did tell the class that she ‘resides’ in Washington State and that she is saying {emporaily in Somerville Massachusetts, 3. heard Hagen say that when her limited engagement of three semester's work is up that she will be going back home to Washington. Hagen told me directly, in person that she resides inthe State of Washington 4. Hagen maintains a Washington State telephone number.. Hagen admits in her Motion to Dismiss, in the memorandum that she banks in ‘Washington Stat. 6. A check conducted in May 2010 fas to reveal hat Hagen ha any license to dive issued by Massachasets, Likewise, a check with the registrar of voters doesnot indicate that agen voted in any Massachosts election. 7. On or about August 1, 2009 Hagen reported to the elas that she would be leaving for Washington after the end ofthe summer tem and not returning to Cambridge until the winter of 2010 § Hagen telephoned the afiant and told him that she was ‘at home in Washington, this oceured on or about August 19,2010 9. To my direct knowledge- Hagen resides in Weshington State and came and went from there as her permanent home to Cambridge to teach on a temporary basi 10. Hagen was given only a three-erm ‘emporary instructing assignment. (Spring 2009, ‘Summer 2009 and Summer 2010).
