Should the parents wish to come to Hannover for a possible liver transplantation in our clinic please note the following criteria, which have to be fulfilled, ‘As patient and parents are not permanent residents of the Federal Republic of Germany and Romania is not a member of Eurotransplant living related liver transplantation. For this type of transplantation a healthy close blood relation (mother, father, siblings) with the same blood group as the recipient is required.
